Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. Whether you are in the United States, Europe, or anywhere else, we will deliver your order right to your door.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing queue. Orders are typically processed within 1โ3 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date your order ships, not from the date you place it. Times vary by destination:

Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 2โ5 days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the tracking status.
If your tracking number does not show any movement after 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or control customs fees, as they vary by country.
Most orders under $50 pass through customs without additional charges. If you are unsure about potential duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Shipping Issues
- Lost package: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 30 business days after shipping, we consider the package lost and will issue a full refund or free reshipment at your choice.
- Damaged item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will ship the correct item immediately. You do not need to return the wrong item.
- Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it for a discounted rate of 50% off shipping.
