Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide! No matter where you and your furry friend are located, we will get your order to you.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package in real time.

All customs and import duties are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Lost package: If your package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged or delayed: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item for a replacement or partial refund.
Wrong address or unclaimed: If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, we cannot issue a refund. However, we offer reshipment at a 50% discount.
