14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With all tags attached
• In its original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@riospaws.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (treats, food items)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care goods
• Hazardous materials
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new separate order.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
